The winner of the 2012 Hyundai Tournament of Champions is Steve Stricker who finished the tournament with a three shot lead to win $1,120,000.

Steve Stricker achieved his best tournament result after hitting a 68, 63, 69 and 69 on The Plantation Course at the Kapalua Resort to finish first at 23 under par. Having developed a significant lead in the first three rounds Martin Laird’s 6 under par final round was only enough to close the gap on the leader to three shots. Webb Simpson and Jonathan Byrd both hit fourth round scores of 68 to tie third place at 19 under par for the tournament.
